Twice a year, students spend a week of "purposeful play" in the form of Intersession, a beloved GMS tradition. Regular academic classes are put on hold as girls explore unique topics, in the form of half or full day classes. Intersession classes are taught by GMS staff and faculty, as well as parent and community volunteers, and it is a wonderful way to share a wide range of interests, talents, and hobbies.
