Electives
The Girls’ Middle School Electives program provides the opportunity to explore and develop a skill, sport, art, or craft in a relaxing, cross-grade atmosphere. Meeting weekly on Friday afternoons, students and teachers alike appreciate electives as a transition to the weekend and school breaks. Electives time allows teachers to share with students their personal interests and passions that fall outside their normal content area. Students select their own Electives each semester, which gives them an opportunity for exploration and choice. While Electives offerings change each semester and from year to year, the list below illustrates the diversity of possible Electives:
